Q; Are online guitar lessons at Galaxy the same as taking lessons at a brick and mortar music studio?

A: Yes, they are private one-on-one lessons. The only difference is that you are in a “Video Call” environment on the internet. Everything happens in “Real-Time” with the instructor right there with you.

Q: What is needed to take lessons at Galaxy? 

A: Aside from a desire to learn and improve your guitar playing… All you need is:

  1. Computer, Tablet, Android Phone or Smartphone
  2. Internet Connection
  3. Guitar (small amp too if using an electric guitar)

Q: Are lesson materials included with online lessons?

A: Yes, all lesson and learning materials are provided for you. Galaxy wants to insure your success in reaching your playing goals:

  1. PDF’s of Study Materials – all learning materials are provided free of charge. There is no need to buy books, scores, charts or manuscript papers!
  2. Personalized Guidance – Goal specific study exercises are focused to your current playing and learning needs. This is something that is literally impossible to get going the “DIY” rout of free guitar lessons on YouTube, Facebook, etc.. Gain maximun results as quickly as pssible.
  3. One-On-One Communication – benefit with the capacity to ask questions on the spot. You will get immediate feedback and correct answers to all of your questions.
  4. Email Correspondence Between Lessons – It’s OK to ask questions via email. Brian will get back to you with a correct and detailed answer.

Q: Do I need to purchase any type of software to take online lessons at Galaxy Guitar Studio?

A: No, lessons take place on “Zoom” or “Google Meet”. Both are free however, “Zoom” does require that you download their APP (there is no fee to download). “Google Meet” requires a Gmail account.
